Deliveries
All our parcels will be shipped within 1 working day. Your parcel will be sent using a trackable service and will need to be signed for upon receipt of the items.
Shipping charges are as follows:
DPD 1-3 days delivery time: £5.95)
Europe Track & Trace £15.00
Free Delivery On Orders Over £100
If you place your order before 12 noon, our express service aims to deliver the next working day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be delivered within 3-5 working days. Please note that weekends and Bank holidays are not classed as working days. Orders received after 1pm on Friday will be processed on Monday morning.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer Express delivery to remote areas of the UK such as offshore islands and the Scottish Highlands. Please note that all items are sent Tracked Delivery and will not be left at your address without a signature.
Returns/ Exchanges
Goods must be returned unworn and undamaged. You can post your item back to us and a refund will be issued upon receiving the item, shipping costs are exempt from this. Any item received after the 14 day period will be returned back to the sender with no refund made. One exception for returns is underwear & swimwear, due to hygiene reasons underwear cannot be returned. If there is a manufacturing fault with your garment you are welcome to return the items back.
SALE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE but you can exchange for another item.
Exchanges- Please allow 14 WORKING days for your exchange to be processed.
Refunds - can take up to 14 WORKING days to be processed.
Extended Christmas Returns Policy
If your gift was purchased on or after 07 Decemeber , you can return it to us by 14th January for a refund. The item(s) must be in a sellable condition and clearly not worn with all tags still attached. For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.
HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING TO YOU?
By post:
You can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier but we recommend you use one that can give you a 'Certificate of Posting' because unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for the parcel until it reaches us.
If you choose to send with Royal Mail we recommend all items are sent Tracked delivery, if you have sent your item tracked delivery you will be given a slip with a tracking number e.g. DH 1234 5678 9GB if you enter this on the Royal Mail website you will be able to see if the item has been delivered to us and who has signed for the item. Once your order has been refunded you will receive a confirmation email.
A confirmation email will be sent once the item has been thoroughly checked and refunded.
Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers when you contact us.
